Responsibilities:
- Issuing nett, published and contracted fare tickets
- Assisting in refunds, MCOs and general administration within the operations/ticketing department
- Issuing IATA air tickets and MPDs
- Assisting reservations staff with ticketing issues
Skills required:
- You must have scheduled airline ticketing experience or have a recent fares & ticketing qualification i.e. BA level 2, IATA level 2, VA level 2
- An understanding of a CRS system (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo or Worldspan) would be beneficial but is not essential
Additional Information:
- You will need to be flexible as the department works on a rotating shift pattern. You will be required to work 4 days on 8.00am - 8.00pm then have 4 days off
- Salary is £14,000 - £17,500 plus benefits
